12 MONTH COMMITMENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT*

IF YOU CANCEL BEFORE 12 MONTHS A $100 ACTIVATION FEE WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR FINAL BILL. OTHER FEES MAY BE ADDED AS WELL. WHILE STANDARD INSTALLS ARE FREE. THERE WILL BE A CHARGE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL WORK COMPLETED, AT OR AFTER THE TIME OF INSTALL. THIS WILL INCLUDE TIME AND MATERIALS USED.

UP FRONT FEES ACKNOWLEDGEMENT*

SEASONAL/PART-TIME SERVICE FEES ARE PAID UP FRONT. PAYING THESE FEES ALLOWS YOU TO KEEP THE EQUIPMENT, CANCEL THE SERVICE AT ANYTIME AND RECONNECT FOR AS LONG AS YOU NEED. WHEN YOU RECONNECT WE ASK FOR 2 WEEKS NOTICE, IF YOU KEEP THE SERVICE FOR 3 MONTHS OR LONGER, WE WILL WAVE THE $25 SEASONAL ACTIVATION FREE. SEASONAL/PART-TIME FEES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

  • $100 ACTIVATION FEE

  • $125 MODEM PURCHASE

  • ROUTER PURCHASE OR PROVIDE YOUR OWN

  • ANY ADDITIONAL FEES FOR ANY NON-STANDARD INSTALL WORK

  • FREE STANDARD INSTALLS

  • FREE SERVICE/TROUBLE CALLS

  • I Agree (to pay the fees and give 2 weeks notice when the service is to be reactivated)

All of our internet plans include free modem rental, unlimited usage and free local service calls. Speed is based on Megabytes per second (mbps). Internet speeds represented as 30/5 means, 30mbps download speed and 5mbps upload speed.
